Technical and organisational measures — Data Processing Addendum (DPA), §7

The Company takes reasonable technical and organisational measures. Such measures may include the following:

  • access restrictions
  • authentication
  • logging
  • encryption or appropriate security mechanisms
  • backup copies
  • monitoring
  • role-based access control

Security measures — Privacy Policy, §9

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. Nevertheless, transmission over the internet and electronic storage cannot be regarded as entirely secure. Complete security is therefore not guaranteed.

Confidentiality and security — Terms of Use, §15

15.1. The Company applies reasonable technical and organisational security measures; however, due to the nature of the internet, cloud infrastructure, telecommunications and software, complete security, freedom from interference or uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed.

15.2. The user is responsible for the security of its own devices, local network, employee logins, printer and terminal devices, third-party integrations and internal processes.

15.3. In the event of a security incident, suspicious login, data leak, device theft or internal misuse, the user must immediately change passwords, suspend logins and notify the Company.
